Best training times -my opinion.

It's been a while since I've used this account and posted anything. Still been training in life and supplementing with protein mostly( which I will try and get a post written about). So i just wanted to write a new blog post on my experience through training since the last one. They may come regular but as most people will know that life gets so much busier these days that it's difficult. So here goes. Over the years I've been lifting I had mostly been going to my local gym upon its opening time which varied from roughly 9:15 weekdays to 10:30 on the weekend. Now, not their fault as where I live isn't very big and didn't really warrant any earlier unfortunately. Over the years I have changed job site but not role and now I work in a much larger town that has 24 hour gyms. They get busy, but my job finishes at roughly 10pm so now I attend my gym later and I find that much better. Late evening and night time workouts are so much better. Your body is already loosened up and used throughout the day, youre less likely to do injury, if training properly still with the right technique. I found with the early morning workouts I was getting hurt due to lack of proper warm up time and still being fairly tired. I find now that with being awake for the whole day and moving around that warm up is done much quicker and effectively. Also the mental aspect of gearing yourself up all day long for the workout and planning what you're going to do really helps with focus and longevity of the session. So i highly recommend to anyone that can train at a different time of day like the evening or nighttime that it's so much more worthwhile due to being awake longer and more able to focus. If you can't and you enjoy training early morning then carry on. Keep up the hard work. It definitely pays off. Will try and come back here to write some more posts and put some useful links to information and other videos. YouTube is full of good videos now but there's only really a few people I watch that give great help and advice.
